Our Staff

Michael is the founder and owner of Schlink & Associates. He graduated from Stanford University's Physical Therapy program in 1978 with his Master’s degree. Michael is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a consultant for numerous professional athletic organizations including the NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB. Michael has been asked to speak about a variety of subjects at conferences for therapists and other medical professionals. Throughout his career he has enjoyed teaching and mentoring young therapists and students. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports and spending time with his family (dogs included!).

Betsy is one of our most experienced therapists. She has been a member of the Schlink & Associates staff since 1987! She graduated with her Master’s of Physical Therapy from Cal State Northridge in May 1979. When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially horseback riding with her daughter. She is a dedicated volunteer at MEND, an organization that provides food, clothing, medical/dental care and many other services to families in the San Fernando Valley.

Kelsey completed his undergraduate studies at Willamette University in 2009 and received a doctorate in physical therapy from USC in 2012. Kelsey was born and raised in Hawaii. He likes baseball and was pitcher on a team for four years. Other interests include surfing, golf, spectator sports (he's a fan of the Boston Red Sox, San Diego Chargers, and of course USC football), movies, and spending time with family and friends.
